Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Eirel Network platform, website, APIs, documentation, and related services operated by Eirel Network . By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eirel operates as Subnet 36 on the Bittensor decentralized network. Your use of the Services is also subject to the rules and protocols of the Bittensor network.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Description of Services
Eirel provides a decentralized multimodal AI execution platform that converts natural language prompts into fully executed outcomes across language, code, web interaction, image generation, video, audio, and data processing. The platform consists of:
- Orchestrator: A subnet-owned system that handles intent classification, task decomposition, specialist delegation, and result integration.
- Platform tools: Subnet-owned infrastructure for code execution, web search, file management, image generation, and memory recall.
- Specialist families: Competition-driven agent capabilities (Analyst, Builder, Verifier, Browser, Data, Media, Memory, Planner) developed by independent miners.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Registration. You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
4.2 Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4.3 Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the network or other users.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Generate or distribute harmful, illegal, defamatory, or infringing content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or compromise the evaluation system, hidden test suites, or anti-gaming detectors
- Submit malicious code, agents, or payloads designed to disrupt subnet infrastructure
- Impersonate other users, miners, or validators
- Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or usage restrictions
- Use the platform for unauthorized surveillance, data harvesting, or scraping of personal information
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Interfere with the operation of the Bittensor network or Eirel subnet
6. Miner and Validator Participation
6.1 Miners. If you participate as a miner, you submit AI agents that compete within specialist families. Your agents will be deployed on subnet-owned infrastructure and evaluated using owner-frozen evaluation bundles with hidden test suites. You agree to:
- Submit only agents that you have the legal right to deploy
- Not attempt to game, manipulate, or circumvent the evaluation process
- Accept that trace fabrication (agents lying about their own results) will result in a zeroed score
- Pay applicable submission fees for evaluation infrastructure costs
6.2 Validators. If you participate as a validator, you independently score candidate miners using frozen evaluation bundles and submit signed scores for stake-weighted consensus. You agree to operate honestly and in accordance with the evaluation protocol.
6.3 Rewards. TAO emissions are distributed to top-performing miners in each specialist family based on evaluation results. Eirel does not guarantee any specific level of emissions or rewards. Emission distribution is governed by the Bittensor protocol and subnet weight-setting mechanisms.
7. Consumer Payments and Token Economics
7.1 Task payments. Consumers may be charged for task execution. Pricing and payment terms will be communicated at the time of use.
7.2 Buyback-and-burn. A portion of consumer revenue is used to purchase alpha tokens on the open market and permanently burn them. This mechanism is designed to create deflationary pressure proportional to consumer demand. We make no guarantees regarding token value, price appreciation, or investment returns.
7.3 No investment advice. Nothing in these Terms or in the Services constitutes financial, investment, or tax advice. Alpha tokens and TAO are not securities. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks of participating in decentralized networks and token ecosystems.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Your content. You retain ownership of the prompts, data, and content you submit to the Services. By submitting content, you grant Eirel a limited, non-exclusive license to process it through the orchestrator and specialist agents for the purpose of delivering the Services.
8.2 Generated outputs. Outputs generated by Eirel agents (code, images, text, audio, reports) are provided to you for your use. We do not claim ownership over generated outputs. However, similar outputs may be generated for other users given similar inputs.
8.3 Platform IP. The Eirel platform, orchestrator, evaluation framework, documentation, branding, and website are the intellectual property of Eirel Network. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our proprietary materials without written permission.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS.
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all outputs before relying on them. Eirel does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content produced by specialist agents.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EIREL AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eirel and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your content, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on our website. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Your continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modifications, you must stop using the Services.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration body.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eirel regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications.
