Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

1. Introduction

Eirel Network operates a decentralized multimodal agent subnet on the Bittensor network (Subnet 36). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you interact with the Eirel platform, website, documentation, and related services.

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account information: Email address and display name when you sign up for the platform or subscribe to updates.
  • Prompts and content: Text prompts, uploaded files, images, and other inputs you submit to the Eirel orchestrator for processing by specialist agents.
  • Feedback: Any feedback, bug reports, or support requests you voluntarily provide.
  • Payment information: Billing details when you make consumer task payments. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; we do not store full payment card details.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: Interaction logs, feature usage patterns, session duration, and agent routing data used to improve service quality.
  • Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers for security and analytics purposes.
  • Cookies: We use essential cookies for session management and optional analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can control cookie preferences in your browser settings.

2.3 Information from the Bittensor Network

  • On-chain data: Wallet addresses, staking activity, miner submissions, and validator scoring data that is publicly recorded on the Bittensor blockchain.
  • Evaluation data: Agent performance scores, calibration metrics, and anti-gaming detection results generated during the evaluation process.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Service delivery: Processing your prompts through the orchestrator and specialist agent families to deliver multimodal outputs.
  • Conversation memory: Maintaining cross-session context, user profiles, and preferences to enable continuity across interactions, as described in our documentation.
  • Quality and evaluation: Improving agent capabilities through evaluation scoring, anti-gaming detection, and calibration processes. Your prompts may be used in anonymized form to generate evaluation tasks.
  • Infrastructure: Operating, maintaining, and securing the subnet infrastructure, including miner deployment environments and validator evaluation bundles.
  • Communications: Sending technical updates, network announcements, and security notices if you have subscribed.
  • Token economics: Processing consumer task payments and facilitating alpha token buyback-and-burn mechanics.
  • Legal compliance: Meeting applicable legal obligations and responding to lawful requests.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in the following circumstances:

  • Specialist agents: Your prompts are routed to the top-scoring miner agents within specialist families for processing. These agents operate on subnet-owned infrastructure under our security controls.
  • LLM providers: Inference requests are proxied through third-party LLM providers for processing. We transmit only the data necessary for the specific task.
  • On-chain publication: Evaluation scores, weights, and miner performance data are published to the Bittensor blockchain, which is publicly accessible. This data does not include user prompts or personal information.
  • Service providers: We use trusted third-party services for hosting, analytics, email delivery, and payment processing, each bound by data protection agreements.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

5. Data Retention

  • Conversation data: Retained for the duration of your active account to enable cross-session memory and workflow continuity. You may request deletion at any time.
  • Generated artifacts: Files, code, images, and reports you create through the platform are retained until you delete them or close your account.
  • Evaluation data: Anonymized evaluation results and scoring data may be retained indefinitely for network quality purposes.
  • Account data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period after closure for legal and operational purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. Miner agents operate in owner-hosted containers on subnet infrastructure and do not have direct access to user identity data.

Evaluation bundles are frozen and immutable once deployed, and hidden test suites are never exposed to miners, ensuring that the evaluation process cannot be compromised to access user data.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days or as required by applicable law.

8. International Data Transfers

The Eirel network operates globally. Your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any cross-border data transfers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
